75+ lenders · one application
This office is not a lender. It is a broker, and what it does is put one application in front of a network of more than seventy-five lenders and bring back what they are prepared to offer. It issues no credit decisions of its own, and every rate, term and ceiling on this site belongs to a lender rather than to us.

Enclosure 1 · Re
That distinction is worth making at the top of a letter rather than in a footnote, because it determines what this correspondence is for. A bank can offer you its own product or nothing at all. It is not being dishonest when it declines a business eighteen months old, or one coming off a bad season, or one carrying a file that reads worse than the business runs — it simply has one product and one set of guidelines to measure you against.
Asking seventy-five lenders takes the same fifteen minutes as asking one, and the answer comes back as several offers of different shapes. Comparing them is the part that takes judgement, because the smallest monthly payment and the smallest total cost are almost never the same offer.
Enclosures 3 to 8 are the six programmes, one letter each, with the amount, the term, the cost and the time frame this office publishes for it. Enclosure 2 sets the six side by side if you would rather start there. Enclosure 9 is what happens after you apply, and enclosure 11 is the application itself.
There is no fee for any of this and nothing is payable to this office at any stage. We are paid by the lender whose offer you accept, which is worth knowing, and it is why the specialist on your file is asked to put the right offer in front of you rather than the fastest one.

Enclosure 3 to 8
Each with the amount, the term, the cost and the time frame this office publishes for it.

A lump sum, repaid on a fixed schedule

A limit to draw against, and nothing owed until you do

The same shape as a term loan, over four to twenty-four months

For the running of the business, not for a purchase

Secured on the thing it buys, over one to five years

An advance on future sales, collected out of them

For reference
Every page of this site, numbered. The numbers do not change between letters, so a reference to enclosure 6 means the same page wherever it is made.
Enclosure 11
At no cost and no obligation. Fifteen minutes, six screens, and one application that reaches every lender on the network and qualifies the business for all six programmes in this schedule.
